A Six-Week Online Workshop


Sometimes, experiences in life can overwhelm us to the point where waking up without a heavy heart becomes a luxury. It gets even worse when we can’t put our finger on exactly what is bothering us. When this happens, there are steps that we can take, but we must challenge ourselves to do them before that indefinable millstone squeezes all the fun out of being alive.

So, over the next six weeks, I would like to share with you six steps designed to help build the life of happiness we all deserve. Every Monday, I will post a new step, beginning April 4, 2011. Please feel free to do them at your own leisure!
